February 2023 Prayer Requests

The desert is blooming! The drive from Dubai to Ras al Khaimah is green with grass growing along the side of the road reaching into the desert. Palm trees are also green instead of their usual dusty brown. The unusual downpour last week lasted about three days causing a bit of chaos. Global Village shut down one evening and delivery services suspended around the country. Schools were encouraged to go to virtual learning for a couple of days. The temperature highs were in the 60’s F (upper teens C.) which is quite cold for the UAE.

The weather is perfect for being outside. Flowers are blooming this time of year which brings more color to the desert. Pray for believers to take advantage of sitting outdoors in cafes or picnicking in parks to strike up conversations in order to share the Great News. May this desert bloom spiritually also!
